Need thoughts regarding Princess theaters

Hmmm. So where do we draw the line here? One's OK, but two is not? Your family but not your friends? Slippery slope here. Is it OK if I chairhog just one lounge? Just wondering if we're making up the rules as we go along.

Pillars in the Emerald Princess theater? Also--there is an announcement that saving of seats is not allowed. Since they don't say one seat, I guess that's okay? :rolleyes: As others have said, go to the later show if there is one.

 

We've been on many cruises where they have made an announcements stating that saving more than one seat for your partner in not allowed. After all how do people know where the person actually is. :rolleyes:

People arriving to late for the first show always have the opportunity to go to the next one. "As others have said, go to the later show if there is one."

Maybe they should have a 30 minute rule like for the pool lounges since that works so well. :p

For a less crowded shows select the ones scheduled in the 10:00/10:30pm time frame. This applies to the Princess Theater and also to the Vista Lounge on ships that have one.

Only problem for us is that we eat early & have to wait till the late show. We've tried that & found that going back to the cabin we sometimes get so lazy that we don't want to get up for the show. ;) I suspect lot of people feel likewise since I've always hear that the late shows are much less crowded.
