So 'Dog, sadly your cruise is coming to an end. It was a good ride. Enjoyed it.

1.. When is your NCL cruise?

2. Are you doing a "live" report?

3. For those of us who don't frequent, the NCL forum would you post a link to it here or in RCCL forum so we can follow?

Thanks

Cheers

Tom

Thanks tommy!

My ncl gem cruise is May 24th, and from what I remember of ncl internet it is not unlimited and is much slower than what quantum offers so I will try to do live but it will most likely only be several posts a day unless ncl has changed since last may on the gem. I will do my best!

I will post the link on this thread when I create the ncl thread.

Thanks again for following!

Bumper cars are fun as heck! We went twice, 17 riders per turn at 2 mins per turn, line is starting to grow:

The seaplex has an upper level with:

SeaDog, your review is excellent. I have been following every day.

I wonder if you could answer a question for me. I don't remember what type balcony cabin you have. My question is - in a D1 cabin are there 2 closets? For example cabin 11244. Are there 2 closets for hanging clothes? I know the safe is in one.

Enjoy your last day onboard!

We are in a D6 balcony 11688, and I am not sure the setup for a D1 balcony. Our balcony cabin is 198 square feet so I might assume if a D1 is similar sq foot footprint it may be similar to ours.

Thanks for checking in, sorry I do not have an exact answer!

I hope it calms down for you soon! Any issues with sea sickness? Does this ship seem any more or less stable than you're used to on other ships?

We thankfully do not have any issues with seasickness. The ship is handling it better than a few others such as the gem or dawn but not that much different. Pretty stable.

We were on the breakaway last thanksgiving on this route and hit a strong low and 20 foot seas and it was rough compared to this. People seem to be out and about.

In your cabin do you have one or two closets? Are you in an adjoining cabin?

I am more interest in where the bed is located and how many closets there are in a D1 cabin.

I think the cabin next to you is a D1 (11690) any chance you can ask the stateroom attendant if it has 1 or 2 closests and I am curious if the bed is by the balcony or the door.

Thanks!
