Champions League Final onboard?

DH just realized that we're going to be onboard the Star on June 6th and he's badgering me about whether they'll be showing the Champions League Final onboard (Football/Soccer).

There will be a really good chance...but no guarantee.

We have seen UEFA matches on board before.

 

I am sailing next week and hope we get to see semis. :cool:

The version of ESPN is, I believe, European, so I would say there's a VERY good chance it'll be shown. We were on the Dawn in January and all we saw everywhere was the cricket world cup apart from Sunday and Monday's (American) football games (including the Sunday night game).

The champions league final should be available to view on the ship along with most other major sporting events

Round-of-16 was on the Jade (Mediterranean cruise) in February.

Nothing quite like the luxury of being able to watch the football at the proper hour, instead of weekend morning/midweek afternoon.

 

Just in case it's not on the Star, you can spoil the surprise and let your DH know straight away that Real are going to make it eleven trophies.
