I would guess no... there are only a few sailings out of Norfolk, so they can charge more for them as limited sailings from this city.

I don't know what sailing you are looking at but keep watching the price. I booked one of the Norfolk sailings under a guarantee rate that was cheaper than the comparable 5-day Bahamas sailing on the fantasy from charleston. I booked at like 24 or 25 days out from the cruise. I leave Monday!

I don't see any deals to be had on those sailings- keep checking because there are still cabins available!

Keep checking. Carnival wants to fill the ship and if necessary they will lower the price.

Keep checking because the other day a VA Resident special popped up and the rates were significantly lower than the other specials. The prices change all the time. Good luck! I'm on next weekends cruise to no where a got a balcony for $299 per person.

For 2015, I wouldn't hold my breath. The sailings have sold REALLY well, so they likely don't have that many cabins left to fill.

 

The 2016 cruises on the Sunshine are still priced pretty well.
