Question about transfer/shuttle to hotel

My sister, mom, and I booked our Alaskan cruise several months ago. It includes hotel stay, airport to hotel transfer and hotel to port transfer. Recently, my sister's daughter is able to join us and is booked under a separate booking number. Since we already have the hotel booked thru HAL and there is room for 1 more, the TA did/could not include a hotel and therefore, the airport to hotel shuttle for my niece.

 

My question is:

How do we go about getting my niece on the same shuttle we will be taking to the hotel and to the cruise ship the next day? :confused:

Do you mean free hotel & transfers for booking a suite?

If so the free is only for the frist 2 in a cabin. You can pay HAL but I've found is more $$$. Than if you just book your own

Did your TA actually call HAL (while you were on the phone) and ask how to arrange for the transfer and how much it would cost? I don't see why this would be an issue.

Sometimes hotels and transfers are capacity controlled, but normally not. The transfer is most likely available for purchase; the hotel room may or may not be.

 

She can always take a cab to the pier and meet you there, if it comes to that.
