Australia and New Zealand

Hoping to do Australia and New Zealand in 2016. When is the best time to go? Have seen Celebrity b2b cruise in October 2016 that does a bit of both but would prefer a Princess cruise but can't find one😒

First of all, Princess has ships permanently assigned to Australia, so there is year around availability, unlike most other cruise lines.

 

Looking at Princess schedules, you will see sailings in every month of the year. The Sydney-Auckland type routes are common in the Southern summer- I see them on the schedule starting in November.

We did Celebrity Solstice last February-18 day NZ and bottom half of Australia. Weather was very cooperative. NZ was cooler (sweater/light jacket) at times. Both are beautiful places. Hope you enjoy!
