Buying Internet minutes

I have the cruise personaliser up and running for a British isles cruise booked thru a Canadian TA because we are temporary residents there. I would like to buy Internet minutes prior to boarding to get the extra minutes so I rang princess and they said it had to be done on line because it was booked in Canada. Online it says you have to ring princess. I am currently travelling in the UK.

 

Can anyone help me to do it online please or do I have to do it on board and miss out on the extra minutes?

You won't miss out on the extra internet minutes if you book onboard. They normally run a special on the first day of the cruise where you will get the extra minutes if you purchase then.

Yes, you will miss out on extra minutes if you don't buy the package before boarding. Yes, they do give extra minutes the first day, but not as many! But you don't 'call Princess' to do it. You call the place that you order gifts for the cabin, and gift them to yourself.
