There are 14 of us traveling from a neighborhood in Leesburg, FL to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise this coming October. Does anyone have a recommendation for van/bus service for a private group of this size?

I would call one of the transportation companies out of Orlando.

 

Or you could probably call Greyhound and get round trip tickets for under $30 per person which is a steal.

What about renting a couple of vans each way?

I suggest Amtrak from either Tampa or Lakeland to Fort Lauderdale. You would need to arrive one day prior to sailing, as the trains arrive in the early evening.
