christyd Posted April 12, 2004 Author #3 Share Posted April 12, 2004 Me too. I went to their web site and it led me to believe that there was only going to be one hour a day on cruising. But, checking my on screen guide there will be several hours each day.
Aquarian Posted April 12, 2004 #4 Share Posted April 12, 2004 Decisions, decisions. It's also gem week on HSN. I guess only the ladies will understand my dilemma! LOL Only kidding. I will be tuned into the Travel Channel for sure.
Cruisinforever Posted April 12, 2004 #5 Share Posted April 12, 2004 I think there's only one program that I don't think I've seen before, and it's tonight at 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm Central time. I can't remember now what the name of it is... Anyway, I've got my little TV next to my computer on now, and even though they're talking about a cruise line I'll never venture on to, I'm enjoying it! I have to admit for it being Cruise Week there seems to be very little programming around it. Not to mention I will have to watch the RCCL commercials over and over again. Rare Coral Posted April 12, 2004 #9 Share Posted April 12, 2004 Ok - just got done watching the ResidenSea World ship. I could handle living on this! I was impressed with the accomodations for the employees!
CruiseFever Posted April 12, 2004 #10 Share Posted April 12, 2004 Me too, when I win the lottery I might have to look into that Happy Cruising Chris www.LifeIsCruising.com Next up: Caribbean Princess 06/26/04 Star Princess 10/24/04 Carnival Victory 12/19/04 Carnival Miracle 03/13/
christyd Posted April 12, 2004 Author #11 Share Posted April 12, 2004 Jeff & Angie They did the Adventure of the Seas (RCL) and then I think it was the Star Princess. I'm on Pacific time and it was on at 1:00 pm for about 4 hours then repeat later at night. I'm taping it today because I was too busy to watch it. woodspines Posted April 13, 2004 #12 Share Posted April 13, 2004 I suggest we all pool our money together and get a condo on ResidenSea World. We only need a meer minimum of $5 million to get a "modest" residence. They will think the Griswolds moved in!!!
christyd Posted April 13, 2004 Author #13 Share Posted April 13, 2004 Woodspines: You have to be worth at least 5 million. The condos start at $1,200,500 for a one bedroom. All we have to do is start a thread about "formal" night and charge a dollar for anyone that wants to put their two cents in! We'd have the million two by the weekend. woodspines Posted April 13, 2004 #14 Share Posted April 13, 2004 chrisyd, Thanks for correcting me on the price. That is what I get for trying to watch t.v. and make supper at the same time. Perhaps we could start all kinds of threads on how we could raise money to live there. I suggest smuggling desserts home from the next cruise and have a bake sale. sneekpeek Posted April 13, 2004 #16 Share Posted April 13, 2004 If you have Cox cable (in Arizona) today is Disney day on the travel channel and tomorrow is a RCL ship. I think it's Voyager of the Seas. The Star Princess was on twice yesterday.
