Going on the IOS end of September. I take a medicine that needs to be refrigerated. Are mini fridges available on this ship or do I have to call to arrange for one?

I would contact Special Needs at [noparse]special_needs@rccl.com[/noparse] and request a medical fridge.

If the supplied fridge isn't cold enough, they can supply medical fridge.

Contact Royal now. Confirm the arrangement. They DO NOT have a large supply and waiting could have you shut out when you board.

I requested a frig on my april cruise for my meds. I was assured that one would be in my cabin. of course when I got to my cabin it wasn't there. I asked my attendant and he said there were none available. so just because

you requested a frig from the special needs department doesn't gty that you

will have one.

Use to travel with a medication that required refrigeration and I never requested a medical fridge. Rather I placed it all a zip lock bag than again in another zip lock bag. Requested a second ice bucket with ice and place the bag in the ice bucket than placed the ice bucket in the standard room fridge. Room attendant brought additional ice each morning.
