Do balconies connect?

On M class the top deck of AQ cabins the gates do open, as they were added recently.

 

There are a FEW that open elsewhere, but it's a very small number. In general assume they don't and be happy if you get lucky.

 

On S class, MOST open, but there are a few with obstructions that don't allow them to open, especially with some of the suites.

Yes, just off the M class Summit. We were in AQ on deck 11. Loved the rooms and opened our balconies. Pic is from balcony cabin 1116 looking forward to cabin balcony 1114. See how the door is folded then hooked near the bottom of the door.
