Why can't the things we like have less calories & fat?;) Well, I'm down 1 lb since last weigh in BUT DH saw the scale was moved & asked how much I weighed. When I told him he wasn't happy & thinks I should be at least 30 lbs lighter, for the good of my health. He also thinks I'm taking up more room in the bed!:( He's got a point as I am 60 lbs heavier than when we met 50 years ago but I soooo enjoy my food! I eat as much as him & he's a foot taller than me.:o Anyhow that's my sad tale. Hope the rest of you were losers! shootr Posted August 20, 2015 #4 Share Posted August 20, 2015 Made it a whole week with some discipline, back down to 197, about 4 from last week. It's definitely cutting out the snacks, as I had a lot of seat time and not as much exercise as usual this week. Getting things organized this weekend for a short birthday camp trip with the teardrop next weekend. Got a roof rack for the truck so we can bring the kayak. Each trip we learn a little more. Did get a roof rack for the kayak and figured out how to get it up there for our camping trip next weekend. So that was some exercise I guess. Ate badly though... Slow weekend here but ate ok..still staying the same. Want to lose. shootr..See you got exercise this weekend but you ate to much? That's the trouble sometimes..We exercise and then we want food!!! What fun camping and kayaking. Your's or your wife's birthday camping trip? Jo..You had a loss, that's good! That'e the trouble with this world..MEN can EAT MORE and still lose and they can do it faster! Now fair!! No offense shooter! LOL Diana..Nice loss! Have things settled down at home with his retiring? Hope he got more things sold. Kasi..1500 steps..that's a lot. Congrats! It's not right we should lose when we've been good but staying the same is better than gaining. shootr Posted August 26, 2015 #8 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Didn't eat tragically, just more than I should of. It's the missus' birthday and it's what she wants to do. Just an overnighter but still, it's in cooler country and lakeside. One pretty picture at least: Old jet at the air museum, stopped by between jobs yesterday. I think tomorrow's weigh in will be 👌.
