Coral ~ Champagne Fountain

 Yes it does matter...thank you!

I have read that the "production" is late at night. I was trying to figure out which night, so that I could plan that day a little more efficiently. Non in my group are night owls, so we will need a nap the afternoon of the Champagne Fountain production. I wasn't sure if we would be in port on that particular day or not. I now know that we will be at sea, which makes a nap time more feasible.

Iamthesea,

If your group members are not late owls be sure to nap. Champagne Waterfall is always the second formal night.

The Maitre D & staff start to create the waterfall about 10:45pm.

Approx. 11:15 pm they are done & staring the countdown & photo opportunity.

Depending on the line for a photo with the Maitre D it can go after 12am.

Do hope you enjoy your cruise :)

I for one am always curious why people feel a need to know these things.

Does it really matter whether it is the first night, the last night, or somewhere in between?

Obviously it did matter to Iamthesea…the question was asked.....duh!!!

Whatever the reason…what’s it to you???

Iamthesea ........I really enjoyed dancing with the staff after a couple of glasses of cheap champagne :D :D

The Champagne Waterfall is always the last formal night – that can be a very busy social night if you do the Captain’s Circle party, formal dinner, the production show (my experience is the most lavish is on that night) and the Waterfall. It is normally immediately after the last show, but if you want a decent spot to see it, get there early – figure most of the passengers on board are going to be crammed into the atrium.

Thanks all! :) We have late seating, so I am not sure if the entertainment show will be pre or post dinner. Normally, after dinner we go play a few slots and then off to bed. I don't plan on missing all the fun on CF night, and want my parents to enjoy it also. We will definitely take those naps. :D

Thanks. Glad you enjoyed them.

As far as the best place. If you can be on the Atrium level opposite where they are building the Champagne Waterfall that works. Otherwise one or 2 decks up along the railing for the above shots.

The Maitre D, Francois, is a very dear friend of mine. That's why I have so many photos ;)

Yes, the blonde South African is Douw. Great guy, great friend.

Too bad Generoso will not be there for you. He's the best.

I think that Godwin is still on the Coral. He is a Head Waiter.

I'll try to find out who is covering for Generoso as Maitre D.

I'm sure you will have an excellent cruise. Not too much longer now :)
