We are staying in a grand suite on Oasis in November and or traveling with friends who are staying in a balcony room. Can we all have dinner at the coastal kitchen?

I would talk with the Concierge to confirm once you get onboard, but I've read here that they allow guests.

On our recent Oasis cruise they will allow you to bring guest only IF there is space available and you can only do this twice. You must make reservations with the Costal Kitchen hostess not the concierge. They will book your time in the computer and keep track of your reservations.

I would not recommend you try this for any of the formal nights as both of these nights CK was very crowded and they had a difficult time making sure those suite guest who had reservations were seated on time.
