Restrictions on hand luggage?

Hi,

 

I want to take a few items in my hand luggage like honey, jam and cherry juice. Does anyone know if these items will be accepted? I have checked the online information but no mention of anything like this not being accepted.

You can get plenty of honey and jam in the Windjammer so no need to worry about bringing it with you. "Cherry Juice" may be a problem in your carryon luggage on the plane. They may give you a problem at the port when going through security trying to hand carry in onto the ship. If properly sealed they may allow it through. It's a crap shoot......

If it helps at all, I've been able to get honey on board the ship.

Thank you both, no plane journey as we are straight on at Southampton. It's Manuka honey +10 so not your standard stuff. So if it is sealed it should be ok?

We take juice all the time in our carry on and have never had a problem.

We have taken a 16 oz jar of honey a couple of times in our checked luggage with no problems .

We like to take two cranberry juice 64 ounces bottles in our carry on. There has never been any questions from the terminal scanner personnel.
