Hmm, I was on a premium package and never go an itemization itemization for every drink. None of my drinks, unless there was a surcharge were billed.

 

 

Whereas in December I had about 200 Diet Cokes listed all = $0.00

The only limit is the $9.00 rule. If is over $9.00 it's not included. You can look at any drink menu to see what you can order by remembering $9.00. :-)

Yes indeed! But it also hard to sit and smell:eek: the curling iron or straightener for too very long!:rolleyes:
