Oh. :o My carry on is an LLBean back pack and I don't recall it ever being weighed or measured either. . I don't remember if it gets an airline luggage tag or not.

British Airways is also tagging carry ons. My carry on for our trip is small enough but if it looks like it's going to weigh too much I'll probably pull my laptop out just to be on the safe side. I'm trying to go on with only one carry on if I can. Hate lugging crap around.
