We have booked a 9 day js on the vos for doing so we are getting $550 onboard credit I was thinking about using boa point for another $500 (some how we usually spend about $800 on a 7 day cruise) what on board credit will they use first? if we don't use it all can the boa credit be refunded thanks in advance

They use non-refundable credit first. Any leftover refundable credit will be credited to the credit card on file that is securing the onboard account. You can also ask for a cash refund on the last day.
