Okay so I just purchased the ultimate package on the Allure. Does anybody know if Starbucks lattes and other specialty coffees etc are included in that package?

Nothing from the standalone Starbucks venues on Oasis and Allure is included in any package.

As Bob mentioned you cannot go to the Starbucks kiosk, but you can get a a latte at Cafe Promenade which is just nearby. They may even use Starbucks beans to make it!
