Changing a current reservation

I'm hoping someone will know the answer to this question:

On our Oceania cruise this past spring, we put a deposit down for a future cruise in 2016. We understood that we could make one change. Well, later this summer we changed to a different cruise- still in 2016.

 

After further thought, we'd like to change cruises again. What is the penalty for making an additional change to the original?

 

Yes, I realize I have a difficult time making up my mind![emoji16]

I could be wrong but I think you have to cancel and rebook. You lose the on board discount and have to repay the on board $100.

But ask your TA, they may be able to step in and help. If booked by "O" ask, they can only say no, but maybe yes.
