Laplayaperson Posted October 5, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 5, 2015 I've got over 530 OBC...am I allowed to draw cash out from casino from my sign and sail accoung off that credit balance? And if so do you know how to do so? I think I remember someone stating a long time ago you could get cash back off your sign and sail account in the casio, but it's been years since we have cruised? Thank you in advance for your time!
hightownCO Posted October 5, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 5, 2015 you put your sign and sail card into the machine and go through the prompts to create a pin and set up your account. once that's done, you draw cash from your sign and sail on the key pad there. once you draw cash it puts it on the machine you're at. to get it off, you do have to play the slot a few times. you can choose a low penny slot and just bet minimum. Once you've done that you use the key paid to send the credit on the machine back to your card. When that is done, you take your card to the casino cage and they will cash out your card. For only $50, would think it would be easier to let it stay on your account and simply buy some drinks or souveniers that you might want.

SkyMaster Posted October 5, 2015 #4 Share Posted October 5, 2015 If the balance is "refundable", you can simply go to the "Guest Services" desk and ask for whatever amount you want, up to, and including the entire balance. If it's "Non Refundable", the easiest way is noted above by "Hightown". Put the balance on a slot machine, pull off a time or two, transfer the balance to your card, and head to the cashier to cash out. NO PROBLEM. ;) "SKY"

TerReuv Posted October 5, 2015 #9 Share Posted October 5, 2015 You can withdrawl cash from your sign and sail card at the kiosks. I didn't notice this on our last cruise, but the Kiosks were new. Are you sure this can be done? Sounds like it would be easier.

As stated above, you spend about 45 seconds creating a PIN, then do the withdrawal.
Miller_KC Posted October 5, 2015 #11 Share Posted October 5, 2015 When that is done, you take your card to the casino cage and they will cash out your card. Carnival is catching on to this method and some of the OBC is now marked that it can't be used in the casino or to pay tips, so this method could add a charge to your S&S that is not payable with the OBC. Make sure to read the small print in all of your OBC offers. If the OBC is related to Early Saver price drops it is usually fully refundable and has no restrictions. I have several Carnival gift cards that we will be putting on our S&S account (in addition to our $50 OBC) and if we don't spend it all, I don't want them to send me more gift cards. I would rather be able to take the cash out myself. The Kiosk sounds like the way to go.
Bellabananas Posted October 5, 2015 #13 Share Posted October 5, 2015 Just got off the Conquest. We loaded our account with multiple gift cards. We were not able to use the kiosk to withdraw cash. We were able to load the money onto DH's casino account and then able to withdraw from that account at the cashier's desk.
