Majesty of the Seas--Is Running Track on Deck 7?

I should know this, given how many times I've been on the ship, but usually I have a cabin on 8 or 9. I'm booking Majesty and want to make sure I avoid getting an outside cabin that opens up onto the deck/running track. Is that on 7 or a different deck? Thanks!

Yes, deck 7 is the running track, and the stateroom windows are right at eye level.

The running track on Majesty is on Deck 12. If you mean the promenade deck, that is on Deck 7, but there's no jogging/running on it.

Yes, that's obviously what I meant. I have seen people running on it--but I was more concerned about seeing out of the window. Thanks for the technical clarification.

Actually it is deck 7. I was just on Majesty in September. My husband and I jog every morning. On the cruise compass it says jogging track deck 7, 9am till a certain time. It says not to use deck 7 outside of those times. Other times you can use deck 12. I saw people using deck 7 to run.

It is on Deck 7, but they have signs asking for no Jogging or Powerwalking before a certain time (8ish am perhaps) because there are cabins directly below it.

I actually like this area of the ship because it goes all the way around the ship and you don't have to dodge the deck chairs if you are walking/jogging etc.
