We boarded in Rome to a welcome that felt like We were Home. Thank you Gerald also thank you hotel director Rene. The ship is beautiful the staff as always cannot do enough. Captain Edward and Appleonia we miss you but know that your ship is in wonderful hands.

This time Eurodam our first on the same Med cruise in 2016!

Did they have a dining room embarkation lunch?

Is the deli make to order sandwich station still in the Lido?

How were the Pinnacle and Tamarind?

Hello. Noticed your post on Nieuw Amsterdam, hope you don't mind if we give a couple of opinions. We spent 24 days on her last year and 12 days on her back in 2011. Tamarind was amazing for lunch (free) and dinner which was a small charge. Lido was fired up when we boarded and the Pinnacle Grill was really good on the 4 occasions we ate there. Nieuw Amsterdam is a fabulous ship, your going to have a great time.
