Casino Select Promo..have you used? What to expect?

Hi guys! :) We've had many just regular casino offers or pack and play offers but just got our first casino select offer..so I have questions..lol...

does both hubby and I get free drinks in the casino or just me since offer was mine?

 

Do I pick up my Select Lanyards at Casino Services?

 

Going to try one cruise with this to see if it's any better than regular casino cruise rate...if you have used the casino select rate what are your thoughts on it?

Can you get the dates and ships that the offer applies to load? I try and it just spins

I had the same issue Cindyanne..go to the bottom of the page and you will see a link that says VIFP offers..you need to have your VIFP number handy ..plug it in and you'll see the select cruises..there are only about 5 of them...I think we are gonna hit the Paradise out of Tampa again..I love that ship!

If you are talking about a Casino Premier cruise offer, then yes, your husband gets the DOU card also. The lanyards will be in a goody bag waiting in your room along with your drink cards. You also get little gifts in your room most nights. The cocktail party is Terrific!!! They have drawings every night for the Premier people. I always enjoy these cruises.

I didn't see Premier on anything...but it did say Casino Select..by invitation only?? Not sure if that's the same thing...

Select tends to be for shorter cruises. We got this for a four night on the Fascination in August. Lanyards and DOU cards were in our stateroom upon arrival and on the next to last day we got a card to come to the casino for a gift which turned out to be two bottles of booze (you select from four choices). No priority boarding or other perks but a great rate and some casino perks.

I just returned from a Select Casino offer on the Ecstasy on October 30 and received $50 in cash in the casino, drinks on us card with lanyard, entry in to various chances to win cash and two premium bottles of liquor the day before returning to port.

 

The rate was decent, our airfare was low and I won $75 additional cash during the Hot Seat Promotion. There was one slot tournament but you had to pay $20 to enter. I asked the Casino Host if Select members had to pay the entry fee and she said yes. During Premier sailings there is no entry fee. Drinks On Us Card saved us money and my wallet was not empty when it was time to go home.

Cindyanne glad that worked for you! I actually had to call carnival to find out why I couldn't see the casino select offers...this was the solution they offered...thanks for your help everyone... Love knowing what to expect

We have this offer but there is only one sailing out of New Orleans and it is during the school year so we cant take advantage. Maybe with some luck they will have another batch later with some summer dates. The price was great and the perks sound well worth it.

I agree that premier and select are 2 different types of casino offers. I have one of each of these offers right now. I just booked the select for January. I already have an ultra premier booked which is a third type of casino offer.

I'm on a Premier cruise March 2016. Are the slot tournaments and black jack tournaments Free? Like the above person stated?? How bout the Texas Holdem Tournament?? 😳😜
