I've not seen a list, but you can look at what Serenade has to get an idea:

Thanks. I am wondering if they are adding all of these, or just one. I had seen a post saying they were only adding Izumi. My wife and I are Mexican fans, so hoping Rita's is added...

We'll have to wait and see! We just got off the Allure TA and while on, booked Jewel for next year. I asked about the changes and was told that plans haven't been entirely finalized. Talking about Mexican food--it was delicious on Allure at Sabor's so if that restaurant found its way to Jewel, I'd be a happy camper.

As discussed in another thread, it's more likely to be Sabor than Rita's. Which is good - Sabor is better than Rita's. DW and I had Rita's on Serenade and the service was awful and the food was akin to what you'd get at a Tex-Mex place in the early '90s - bland.
