nik23 Posted November 22, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 22, 2015 (edited) My sister and her husband just put a hold on the Owners Suite on Allure for 2017, and my DH and I have the adjoining standard balcony room next to them. At check-in, if we arrive together, do we have to board separately or can board with priority since we are traveling with family in a suite? My husband and I are Gold C&A and will be Platinum on the last day of the cruise. Are there any suite benefits or functions that we can join with my sister and her husband? We understand if we can't, but it doesn't hurt to ask. The four of us are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary together. We had a double wedding in St.Thomas on a cruise and we found it only fitting to celebrate together again in St. Thomas. :) Thanks in advance for any responses or suggestions Edited November 22, 2015 by nik23
Merion_Mom Posted November 22, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 22, 2015 You are not entitled to any of the suite benefits because you have not paid for a suite. This includes priority boarding. However, if you are checked in after boarding has commenced, you just walk on board; no waiting.
zteamtwo Posted November 22, 2015 #3 Share Posted November 22, 2015 Perhaps you or your relatives in the Suite can check with the Concierge in the Suite Lounge/Coastal Kitchen area and see if all of you can eat dinner at Coastal Kitchen 1-2 nights. They might let you do that if they are not too busy, however since Junior Suite by then will have access to Coastal Kitchen for dinner--then it might be hard.
