casofilia Posted December 1, 2015 #2 Share Posted December 1, 2015 is it down right now? Thanks! No; it worked for me looking at the Asia cruises. Mike
DorothyB Posted December 1, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted December 1, 2015 Last time this happened, I had to clear cookies - I don't want to do that, but I do want to know if I have a room assignment yet. Thanks!
anonmom Posted December 1, 2015 #4 Share Posted December 1, 2015 Last time this happened, I had to clear cookies - I don't want to do that, but I do want to know if I have a room assignment yet. Thanks! That's what I think I might need to do. I haven't been able to get a price quote for about a week now. Everything works while I am narrowing down my choices, but once I try to do a mock booking to see if there is an actual price drop for my cruise, it gives me that stupid "uh oh" page. MotherofTrips Posted December 1, 2015 #5 Share Posted December 1, 2015 Go to the full site not the mobile site. When I do that it works
fshagan Posted December 1, 2015 #6 Share Posted December 1, 2015 You can always use http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to check. If you are using Safari on a Mac you may have to manually delete the cache files in the hidden folder: Develop > Empty Cache will not always work. If it doesn't try this: Finder > Go (while holding Option) > Library > Caches. Find the Safari cache file and manually move it to Trash. Next, go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Details and Remove all Cookies For the PC, you can hold down CTRL and press F5 several times to clear the cache on Firefox, Chrome or IE. Deleting cookies is different on each browser. You can use something like CCleaner to delete them or use the instructions at http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cookies
