Flamingo Grill vegetarian items on Getaway

For lunch at the Flamingo Grill, are there any vegetarian items?

Can't tell from pictures of the menu if the spinach empanadas or the stuffed potato balls would be vegetarian.

I remember the 2 things you mentioned, as well as fried plaintains, I think. It's just a buffet style restaurant, so you can just ask the guys standing behind it what is vegetarian and what isn't. The items available were not exactly the same every day.

Here is their menu. It appears there are several vegetarian offerings including salads, breakfasts, fruit, rice and beans, plantains, yuca, spinach empanada, coconut pastry, guava and cheese pastry, and desserts as well.
