Shore excursions recommendations

Hello,

 

We will be going on a Caribbean cruise on the NCL Spirit. We are interested to find snorkeling excursions in St. Thomas, Nassau, Key West, Grand Cayman(no stingrays, please) and Great Stirrup Cay. Any private cruise excursion from the pier also. Thanks for your help.

The reefs around St. Thomas are pretty run down, so the snorkeling is not all that great there. Coki beach has a bunch of Seargent Majors - they like to eat large size Milk Bone Dog Biscuits, btw. Instead, I would go over to St. John and snorkel at Trunk Bay which has an underwater snorkel trail and is a gorgeous beach - inexpensive to get into.

Grand Cayman - you can't really eliminate the stingrays - it's a free ocean, you know, LOL! Just don't go to Stingray City, opt for regular snorkeling - http://acquarius.ky/grand-cayman-sea-tours-stingray-city-snorkel/cayman-snorkeling.html

 

Great Stirrup Cay is NCL's private island, so you don't really have any options there but to do an NCL snorkel tour.
