Dream Journey Cruise

Hi cruisers!

 

We are very excited to be sailing the Dream on Jan 3 out of NOLA- in spite of the negative reviews! We will make our own fun if the ship comes up short- haha. But, I did get to thinking- does anyone have any of the dailies from recent sailings, what are they called? Fun Times? Sorry, I am not sure of the name, this is our first Carnival cruise, we generally cruise for the itinerary- so we are not loyal to any one line. So, this time the Dream came with an itinerary that looked fun to us. It would be great if someone could post one or more of these so we could take a look.

 

We are spending NYE in NOLA prior to the cruise, so we have just 21 days until we leave!! Yippee Skippee!!

Only 2 worries on the dream....on certain floors you will smell the sewage most of the time and the water is horrible!! Buy bottled water to drink!! Other than that the ship, cruise director, and its staff are awesome!!!

I am on that sailing as well, where are you reading negative reviews? I can't wait and try not to pay attention to angry travelers. Most reviews were 4+ stars for the Dream.

We spent 21 days on the Dream in October and had a blast. Make sure to have lunch at Pasta Belle early in cruise. It gets crowded as more find out about it. Also make sure to see Blackjack Band at Ocean Plaza. They are a blast.

My cousin just got off the Dream today, and I inquired about the food also, since I read some negative reviews on CC. They said the food was fine. Lido included. The wife and I will be on the Jan 3 cruise out of NO.
