Muster and dining times out of San juan

We are sailing out of San Juan on jewel of the seas. I was curious how muster and dining times work when you sail away at 8:30pm? Anyone out there with recent experience?

I was on Adventure out of San Juan (Same departure time) and they did 2 different muster times for those that got on before 530 and those that got on after 530.

We sailed on Jewel last May and there was a muster drill right before early dinner. All aboard was around 5:30 I think.. I'll have to look that up. But I do remember people at the drill dressed to go straight to dinner. We ate at Chops the first night and were scheduled for 6:30 and they didn't open till around 7:00.

From my memory of last year on Jewel, Early dinner was 30 minutes earlier than normal (5.30). Muster was at 8pm with sailaway at 8.30pm. Late Dinner was at 8.45pm .

Was on the Jewel for Thanksgiving. Muster was just before early dinner. 4:45 or 5:00 I believe.

Was on the Jewel 1st week of December and they had 1 muster drill - 8pm (only lasted about 10 minutes and was irrespective of boarding time). Late dinner went as scheduled at 8:30pm but as you can imagine, was quite casual given the muster drill time.

I just returned home from Jewel one week ago today.

 

They had muster from about 7:45 to 8:15 PM.

 

We had dinner in Portofino the first night and our dining options were 6:00, or 8:30... so either just before or just after muster.
