Access to Cruise Planner

I have been unable to access cruise planner for my reservation for several days. Have tried with iPad, Mac using Safari and Chrome, and iPhone. I was able to access online check in. However after exiting the check in page (using the appropriate tab) was locked out for a while. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It has been a week of trying. I was finally able to print my express pass but I cannot see either reservation to order shore excursions for our approaching B2B.

I am about to call X unless someone has a tip on how to get their web site to work.

Simply exit from your sign in and then go to your cruise without signing in. Doing that you can usually download a complete list of shore excursions. Everything else is generic to most every cruise. The X website has lots of issues and I have often not been able to login for as much as 2 weeks.

We're at the 90 day mark for our 3 April 2016 Eclipse Caribbean Cruise and I was able to access my reservation, complete my on line check in and print my boarding pass.

Welcome to Celebrity. Here are some of my favorite things about cruising X.

Welcome aboard champagne or mimosa

Salt water pools

Thalassotherapy pool

Cold towels and drinks upon reboarding

Food in MDR, Aqua Spa Café, Buffet, all free and very good

Café Al Bacio (great coffee drinks for this Starbucks addict, but the pastries are free)

Shows with live music an hour long. Outstanding aerialists

Panini grill at back of Oceanview Cafe

Sushi in buffet at 5:30

Pizza (with grilled veggies on the side) all day long and late into the night

Afternoon tea at Aqua Spa Café

Friendly visible officers

Welcome back cocktail party after only one cruise

No smoking in the casino or on balconies

Did you mean to post this elsewhere? It doesn't answer the OP's question.

I think Champagne cruiser is simply sick and tired of what seems like almost every poster sharing negative and often trivial things.

For those of us that have cruised with Celebrity for a while the website issues I put into the entertainment category. Sadly there is no good answer for the OP except to say do not bother. simply take your cruise documents and show up at the pier. Not worth being frustrated or spending more than a few minutes if the web site is not cooperating.

Did you go to the bottom right side where it says see all reservation and click. Since they are not listed by date I have to do that every time I log in.
