OBC refund?

Is there an email address I can check on for my OBC refund check? I have been on hold twice for an hour with no one picking up.

We got back on Dec 6 and the letter they left under the door on last night said they were mailing to address on file.

We used a TA, any chance it went there instead of to me? It about 175 that was left from the OBC I purchased so it was refundable.

Anyone know how long it normally takes?

Ours took about 2-3 weeks. I would check on it.

We got off the Breakaway on 12/20 no sign of the refund yet for us either, but I imagine the holidays may have delayed things a bit.

Add two weeks for the holidays and also (another month :rolleyes:) that NCL offices are so busy with all the changes taking place.

Was on BA Nov 15-22, and just received a check January 3rd, so it was about 5 weeks. Your check will be on its way soon, so you need to be patient.
