Thanks! The itinerary was somewhat different on those sailings, so I was wondering how similar the dailies would being the ports are out of order.

So muster done time to get ready for the Illuminarium dinner show. When i booked a year ago this was free if you booked the first night so i took advantage of this. We met in the haven lounge 10 min before the show and were escorted down the staff elevator and in the back door of the venue. We were in the second row from the stage. Service was fast and efficient for drinks and dinner. Imo the dinner was fantastic. The show was amazing. My daughter was chose during the mentalist show and also for one of the magicians. Still dont know how some of the illusions were done and we were only 3 feet away! I highly recommend this show. After the show we went to the casino for a little slot play. Broke even and called it a night. Back to the haven, beds were turned down towel animals were there and chocolate on the pillows. Sleep came swiftly and easily.

My children had ordered breakfast the night before and it arrived on time and warm. I made a cup of coffee and sat on the balcony. We did have them replace one of the chairs with a lounger. It was a tight fit but workable. Time to get in the shower with the amazing window. Elemis products are not being used anymore which is a shame i was not fond of the Bulgari. So now time to get some sun and hot tub therapy complete with mudslides.

Lunch was wasabi and the sushi was good. We all kind of went our separate ways for a bit. We met back up in the haven for drinks before going back to our suite. Moscow mules were good. In the suite our butler had left choc covered strawberries cut fresh fruit cheese and crackers and a bowl of generic m&m's. This would become a joke for the week as i had asked for peanut m&m's and never got them. He brought gummie bears the next day and other candies all of which went uneaten but no peanut m&m's my guilty pleasure.

Reservations for dinner were at Le Bistro. I had the lobster was told there would be an upcharge but it never showed up on my account. Duck and filet for my kids and desert was choc fondue hazel nut tort and creme brulee all which were delicious. One funny thing was their drink special was a champagne for 9.00 and this was Not covered under the ubp. Strange. After dinner we walked on the waterfront and once again retired to the haven to discuss our first port stop. Jamaica

I had prebooked bamboo beach vip tour. This was an all inclusive tour which i wouldnt recommend. It was a short drive to the beach which was small and not very pretty. They provided lounge chairs and before you could get settled they were bringing small plates of food which was cold and unappealing. Pre made drinks were passed around and if you weren't at your chair they just left it there. Dessert was some sort of cake and ice cream which was completely melted. No place to rinse off before getting back on the bus. Instead of taking us to the shopping area which we drove by they took us back inside security and then we had to go back out to the shopping area. We did have enough time for Diamonds International and purchased some beautiful tanzinite pieces.

I am sailing the 31st on the same itinerary, I believe. When I booked the UDP, 9 months ago, the 1st night in Illusionarium was free also. Then later they announced it would no longer be free the 1st night. When I asked them on the phone if I would be grandfathered in, they led me to believe that I would have to pay for Illusionarium show. So I cancelled the Full 7 day UDP plan and a few months later, bought the 4 night plan and paid for Illusionarium 1st night with discount. Disturbs me the way they seem to play me.

I would not waste your money on the Magicians. Quite Hokey and the food was just bad. If you go don't eat and use the UDP to eat after the show.

Show as very hokey and very obvious that mentalist was a fake (and a bad fake) -- staff had microphones and any personal questions like – “my fear she would marry a magician” was asked by the host who walked around before the show started. The guy who was collecting the pieces of paper for the show also had a mike on and I saw him talking while collecting the slips. The Levitation magician – must have purchased the Losander table and bought the Losander DVD on bubble magic.

Before i continue i want you to know im having trouble resizing pictures but they are coming! So JAMAICA is done. Returned to the ship relaxed in the suite and got ready for dinner at Teppenyaki. Our reservations weren't until 9pm our choice which was perfect time for us. We were sat with a group of 5 bother and sisters around the age of my children. They did not have a dinner package which made a difference when ordering. They wanted several different choices each and were told they would be charged a cover for any extra choices per individual. We were allowed to order as much as we wanted. The dinner was lovely and the chef put on a pretty good show. Tired from the day we went to bed. I will say that the haven suites do have great movie choices for late night watching and they are current popular ones.

Breakfast on the morning we did at the haven. Lobster eggs benedict warm croissants french press coffee and fresh fruit. There is a small buffet you can have with pastries cereal fruit and meat and cheeses. Our excursion wasnt until 1pm and we were to meet in the theatre at 1245. It was the perfect time after breakfast to get some sun and enjoy the hot tubs. We skipped lunch and left for the excursion. We did a land tour which took us to the turtle farm 7 mile beach the town of hell and the rum cake factory. Our driver was informative and very personable. After the land tour we did stingray city. It was a 45 min boat ride to the sand bar which was packed with boats when we arrived but we ended up being the only boat out there. Stingrays were everywhere the water was warm and crystal clear. It was a great time. Alot of pictures were taken and they had a deal for $40 and they would email the link for the pictures. I was a little hesitant with paying and not receiving anything right there but im happy to say i received the link and the pictures were as promised. By the time we got back in and drove back to the port it was time for the last tender. We had told the driver we had wanted to buy some cuban cigars and he kept saying we would have time. So the line for the tender was enormous and my son said he would run for the cigars while we waited in line. Two minutes later someone from the haven came and escorted us to the front of the line. Only problem my son was nowhere to be found. 10 min later im watching ncl take down their tents and port set up and my son still hasnt shown up.

Back on the ship and all is well. Dinner tonight is moderno. Service was great. The meats were very salty which i spoke to our waiter about and he had the servers bring meat without the salt and it was amazing. We headed to the casino and played deal or no deal slots and we all walked away a few dollars richer. A great ending to a fantastic day.

I rather liked the magicians and I thought the show was quite entertaining. To each their own, I guess. (I was on the 1-3-16 cruise) Was one of the highlights of the trip.

I wouldn't say the food was bad, just about the same as eating in the main dining room.

Sea day and time for some spa treatments for my daughter and me. I had my nails done and my hair. My daughter had reflexology and a facial and booked a seaweed wrap for later on in the week. The service was lovely prices were a bit high and the sales pitch is annoying but still a nice service. For lunch we went to osheehans. The food was good but i was a bit surprised that if you wanted icecream it was not included in the udp. We ordered it any way and i was sorry i did. Not very good but as we were having dinner at Cagney's later i probably didnt need the calories. We went up to the haven to hang around a bit before getting ready for dinner and burn the floor. Cagneys was wonderful between us we had a ribeye, bison and porterhouse and one whole lobster. The food was fantastic but we left a whole lot of it on the table especially after starters. Burn the floor was just ok for us. Not something i would like to see again.
