Tried the search function both here and on their site - is there an email address to direct post cruise comments and concerns?

Just got my email today. Got off the gem last Tuesday. Filled it out and sent it back already.

My understanding is that not everyone gets an electronic survey to complete. Looking more for a Corporate contact for guest relations.

Thank you for the link. I will wait a few days to see if a post cruise survey arrives before going that route. Cruise just ended yesterday.
