visa for Indonesia

I have been searching for information to be able to fill out the Visa for Indonesia online with little or no luck. Have even contacted Princess for help and they couldn't find the information I needed either. Has anyone else got a Visa ahead of time or just do it on board thru Princess? Any information is greatly appreciated.

I've done both for different reasons. I've gone to the Indonesian embassy beforehand and got the Visa when I was travelling on one of the more expensive ships that wanted to charge a ridiculous price for the Visa. I did that not because I couldn't afford it because I just don't like being ripped off. last year on Dawn Princess the ship just got blanket Visa's for everyone and we were charged for them even though we didn't get off because of the Chan/Sukumaran atrocity.
