Explorer: Cruise Director and Scotch Appreciation

Hi all

 

We're on Explorer of the Seas on 14 February. I understand a new Cruise Director has just taken over in the last three or four days. Can anyone tell me his/her name please?

 

Also, I'm aware of cocktail classes. But I wonder if there's any scotch appreciation classes and, if so, are they good quality classes (how to drink, how to pick up on subtle aromas, use of water, etc)?
