Ncl guest services

I was on the Getaway jan 3. Long story short ended up with a credit on my folio at the end of the cruise. No big deal thought i would see a credit to my credit card. A couple of weeks later i called guest relations to check on the refund only to be told i would receive a check in the mail. Not happy but ok. Today i again called guest relations as i have still not received the refund. Now they are going to email that department to see why i have not received it. Anyone else have these issues? Im ready to schedule another cruise but i dont want to do that until this gets straightened out. Its only a few hundred dollars but im starting to get irritated! In this day and age it should be a simple matter dont you think?
