caddykid12 Posted February 19, 2016 #51 Share Posted February 19, 2016 You asked once. Don't ask again.. Plus your saving money without him. So no need to beg him I'd be ecstatic if my kid said no and I can go away alone
Budget Queen Posted February 19, 2016 #52 Share Posted February 19, 2016 Good grief, maybe he does NOT want to go? He's an adult. There comes a point, where the acceptance needs to factor in on a contrary choice. One son, dropped out of traveling at 16- offered a few times, then was left home. :) Still says he was dragged all over. :) :) The other dropped out a few years later. How it goes. Both still say (smiling) they traveled enough for their lifetime with all the places I took them. I hope down the road, they look back a little more fondly. :)
N2Mischief Posted February 19, 2016 #53 Share Posted February 19, 2016 We are cruising to Hawaii in November with our two adult daughters and our grand daughter. Our adult son (28 years) wouldn't commit, so we are going without him. Works out great for us, he is a great dog sitter!
