When we used the "crib" (1.5 years ago), there was no charge.

 

It was a relatively standard Pack N Play type of thing.

 

Don't know if they have any choices.

(This was on the Dawn, in case it matters.)

The crib is a pack-n-play. We brought our own crib sheets and tucked them in. Otherwise, you can use their flat sheets.

There is no charge. We were given a Graco Travel Lite Crib (mini pack n play) for our 10 month old on Epic, but I have heard others say they got full sized pack n play. Not sure if it is based on age, room/ship, or just what they happen to grab from the stack :) It was in very good condition. We did bring our own pack n play sheets.

It was free and the steward replaced the sheet everyday (Last year).
