Tequila

Maybe their suppliers are just unable to furnish 375 ml bottles of tequila.

Or the elaborate statistical analysis of passenger drinking patterns reveals that those who would purchase a bottle of tequila for their cabin will spend more time drinking privately than rum or vodka drinkers thus reducing what they spend on other beverages or even their total general onboard spend more than most other passengers.

But whatever excuse Princess has, if the booze won't come to you...just go to it. That's what vacations are for :D

I looked at the online website for Total Wines. They carry a 375 ml bottle of Patron Silver which is a very good brand of Tequila so I am told. So the idea that the ship is unable to get the smaller bottles is not the reason. That leaves product turnover. If a product does not sell well, then Princess in this case may decide not to stock it. That appears to be the case here.
