Roxxy Posted March 11, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2016 So I have booked a room that holds 3 occupants. (My daughter was going to come with us). My daughter now has to tend to school work and will not be able to come with us. We really want to stay in this room but it sleeps 3-4 people and am afraid they will move us if we cancel the third person. Has anyone else had to deal with this? Should we wait til final payment to cancel her?
WisconsinFan Posted March 11, 2016 #2 Share Posted March 11, 2016 We had something like this last year. In that case we moved our son (the 3rd person in the room) in with his brother who had someone cancel on him. They did not make us change rooms. This was before final payment. cb at sea Posted March 11, 2016 #3 Share Posted March 11, 2016 You should be fine. We've stayed in cabins that hold more than the 2 of us. Never been moved!
Ashland Posted March 11, 2016 #4 Share Posted March 11, 2016 No reason to cancel her before final payment is due.

There are different cancellations for third and fourth guests end they may cancel up until the final penalty phase. You would have to pay for them at final payment but could cancel after that and their fare would be refunded.
Roxxy Posted March 11, 2016 Author #6 Share Posted March 11, 2016 No reason to cancel her before final payment is due. The only reason I'm thinking about canceling her now is so that I can watch for the price drops on a 'double' booked price, rather than a 'third person' to room. And you can't do that regardless
