What's your take on Concierge Anoop on Haven

Recommended Posts

We heard he is on the Breakaway. I'm hoping he will be our concierge on the August 28 cruise!

We are on the cruise right before you and Anoop is our concierge so your chances are good.

We had Anoop as our concierge on our first suite cruise six years ago. He set the bar which we've compared every concierge since. I was very excited when I found out we will be with him again.

Just just had the great pleasure to experience sailing with Anoop on Breakaway.

He is fantastic. Every day he found the time to stop by and say hello during the evening meals. He was very pleasant and incredibly attentive, his staff too. And the last day he was there to escort all guests off the ship from Haven by back elevator when the lines where crazy.

I don't know if Anoop is the best concierge working for NCL but he is the finest we have ever encountered. He is absolutely everywhere. He greets everyone and remembers everyone's name. If Snorkelmom19 did not get priority boarding on NCL, she was not a suite guest. That's not opinion, that's a fact. Probably booked a MiniSuite not realizing it was does not include priority boarding or a concierge.

Meh.

We had Anoop in August on Breakaway.

We asked very little. My dd and he bf asked if he could move a Chops ressie a little later and he couldnt.

Every morning I would see him when I would come back from the gym. I always initiated the first hello and it was like he is one of those people that always act like they are too busy. Granted I am sure he was but that is not a way a concierge or anyone should come across, especially in the hospitality industry.

We had Anoop on Breakaway and he was very nice. No he wasn't chasing us down all over the ship, but then I don't want that. He did speak to me whenever I passed by unless he was engaged in a conversation with someone else. I appreciated the nice way he handled early self-disembarkation for suite guests - for one thing he didn't pack us in the elevator like sardines. I thought overall, he did a very nice job.

He was our concierge when we were on the Getaway in 2014. I was not impressed. The 2 requests we made to change dinner reservations were not honored. His assistant was also useless.

Adrian, on the other hand was the best concierge we have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
