Anyone have knowledge of this so-called discount for C&A members based on status: Diamond, Diamond Plus, Pinnacle? Read that some ships are offering once on board vs. pre-purchasing packages.

 

Would love to know what's going on as C&A 800 number has no clue however, many are saying that they had this offer.

Diamond status - canceled my existing order and then re-ordered using discount. Did this online in the Cruise Planner section. Saved over $100. This was for the 28 Mar sailing.

You didn't have to cancel. You could have called C&A and they would have refunded you the difference.

The 20% discount is not being offered on all sailings and I don't think it has anything to do with what C&A Level you are.

I sail on independence in July this year and got the 20% discount on premium package
