Need Escape MDR Menus, Garden Cafe Hrs; Unlim Dining/Bev Pkg Qs

Does anyone know where I can find MDR Menus for the Escape for June? I'm trying to decide when to reserve specialty dining. Also, what are the hours for the Garden Cafe? Is this where most people eat breakfast, lunch & snacks? I also heard a rumor there might be grilling near the pool? Is this accurate? If so, what is offered & when? We got the specialty dining & drink package when booking, what are the limitations on this? If we decide to have lunch at Margaritaville, does that take away one of the specialty dinner options?

Dining at Margaritaville would only take away a meal credit if you choose to use one. Otherwise you just pay the a la carte prices.

 

I've never seen nor heard of grilling by the pool. I have no idea where they could do this.

They serve hot dogs by the Waves Bar near the adult pool. That's all I saw.
