Problems today accessing cruise planner

I think you answer your own question. 1 device works so it can't be p&o. Try doing a hard restart on the iPad (power and home button until the apple logo shows (ignore the slide to power off message)).

 

I have tried two browsers and two cruises both been fine today logging on

I used the cruise planner this afternoon from my iPad to update our information. It's wouldn't work with a Safari Browser but was no problem with a Google Crome browser.

 

I'm no computer wiz kid (far from it) but I think I've got the correct terminology

Had the same issues yesterday with booking excursions for trip in June. Ended up speaking to a pando advisor who was extremely helpful sorting the trips out for our party.

The issue appears to be there operating system, Windows, cannot keep up with the iOS updates and therefore on occasion can't "speak" to each other.

For a technophobe I think I've explained it properly !!
