No reservations for MDR on Escape

How long can we expect to wait at one of the MDR on The Escape for a party of 8 during prime time (6-7pm)

We were a group of 10 last week and we waited no more than 15 minutes once for Taste but it was just after the show let out around 8:20.

 

We dined once at 7 and had no wait

we were a group of 7 on the 3/12 sailing and we ate each day at either 6:00 or 6:30. Never had a problem getting in within 5 minutes to Taste or Savor.

The Manhattan Room does have a section set aside for large parties (vs. scrambling to push tables together).

We never made a reservation for anything, and really never had problem getting in. We were told they only make reservations for about 20% of the restaurant. We tried to make one the first night and were told just come down.

What about for specialty restaurants? Did you have reservations for those with a party of 8? I have reservations for the specialty restaurants, but they are not the greatest times.

Not entirely sure about the specialty restaurants. We personally didn't feel the need to go to them. My brother and sister in law went to Food Republic and another one, and walked right in too, but that was 2-3 people not 8.
