podgeandrodge Posted March 25, 2016 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2016 Harmony - both cabins on the hump - what is the difference between D1 and D2 - (for example, 11596 D1, 11600 D2). I've booked from Europe which doesn't explain, and I've heard before that the "D1's have the large balcony" on Oasis class - but the D2's are also on the hump so I'm wondering what the difference is. Thanks!

So the balcony on the D2 is also bigger I am assuming! Lucky there are only 2 of us!

I believe the balcony sizes at the forward and aft ends of the hump might be slightly smaller.

This is one of the "rare" times that RC's deckplans show the relative size of balconies accurately. ;) 11600 & 11598 seem to have identical balconies. The D2 has no symbol.
podgeandrodge Posted March 25, 2016 Author #7 Share Posted March 25, 2016 Thanks Merrion_Mom. We got 11600 so I am happy with that. I think 200euro/$220 extra for this above a D6 aft so think it is probably worth it for the view forward and aft and perhaps the bigger balcony.
