Cruising North to Alaska from San Francisco

I'm booked in a port side balcony on the NCL Sun for a May repo cruise. Should I reconsider my choice and go starboard for better views?? THANKS in advance.

Personally, I would if it was easy to do and didn't lose any perks.

I've done the SF > YVR run.

If you're concerned about views as you travel up the coast from San Francisco toward Astoria and on to Sitka, I wouldn't sweat it. The ship is so far out there is nothing really to see from the starboard as you head north.

You will enjoy views from both sides as the ship heads inside toward Ketchikan.

You are going to sail outside of Vancouver Island up to Sitka. You will also be outside of 3 miles out, so I would keep your stateroom and current perks.

Additionally, when you start sailing South, you will be on the best side for the close in section of the trip. personally, I would stay Port.
