Royal Caribbean dollar sterling rate

Has anyone from the uk added onboard credit recently for any sailings? Just curious as to what rate they are giving at present.

I also am interested in this info. I just went to the bank in the US today to buy pound sterling. The exchange rate today is 1.49. That is down from 1 month ago when it was 1.59.

 

I am wondering if I would get a better rate on the ship.

I called last week and was quoted £70 for $100 (in October last year it was £60 for $100), so currently that equates to £1 = $1.43 or thereabouts.

Yes last years rate was great - we made good use of it. Pity you can't carry over unused credit from one cruise to the next.
